Meet Dr. SoJeong Kim

Dr. Kim is a board-eligible pediatric dentist. She was born in Korea and moved to the Bay Area at a very young age. She completed her undergraduate studies in 2 years and continued the accelerated dental program at University of the Pacific. 

Dr. Kim then went to serve in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant and dental officer. After her honorable discharge from the Navy, she decided to focus her practice to children. She wanted to be fully confident that she was providing the best services and treatment to her patients, so she committed to further learning in a pediatric dental residency program. 

At Oregon Health and Science University, Dr. Kim learned to achieve clinical excellence and provide quality care catered to a child's medical, psychological, and dental needs. She focuses her care on prevention, minimally invasive techniques, and creating positive memories for a child in the dental setting. She utilizes advanced pharmacological behavior management techniques that some children may need to achieve good oral health. 

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Kim enjoys jogging, cooking, crafting, and exploring the bay with her fiancé.
